Speed signs at entrances one and three have been moved closer to Heceta Beach Road for better visibility. Please be careful when entering our community through the three entrances. “Cutting the corner” has resulted in many close calls. Many of your neighbors enjoy walking, bicycling, and running and may not be able to get out of the way in time if you’re speeding or cut in front of them.
As required by our governing documents, the HOA maintains a master listing of the owners. We need valid mailing address, phone number, and email address, so please contact us via this website or a Board member if you need to provide or update your contact information. This requirement also applies to tenants of any home rented by the owner.
