The HOA has received recent reports of prowlers and burglary attempts in the neighborhood. Please be alert and report any suspicious activity or persons immediately to the Lane County Sheriff as well as make a report to the HOA using the submittal form below.

Heceta South’s 2025 Annual Membership and Board of Directors Meetings will be held from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm, Saturday, March 8 in the Bromley Room at the Siuslaw Public Library. From the main library entrance, turn right into the main hallway. The Bromley Room is on the right.

If you have any changes to your contact information (mailing address, email, or phone number), please indicate those on the sign-in sheet. HOA Bylaws require members to inform the Board of any changes in mailing address.
